This one belongs to our people. ❤️ For the first time, LAZ has been named one of Connecticut’s Top Workplaces for 2026, based directly on our employee feedback. Our culture isn’t something we can create on our own. It’s built every day by the people who show up, support one another, and make LAZ feel like more than just a place to work. We’re incredibly grateful and proud to celebrate this achievement with all of you. #TopWorkplaces #PeopleFirst #BetterTogether // The Hartford Courant

LAZ's evolution beyond parking revealed three new proof points this week. New verticals: EV charging infrastructure and autonomous vehicle support are now core growth areas, not side projects. Continuity: Tony DiPaolo and John Svendblad, who've spent a combined four decades at LAZ Parking, are stepping up as Co-CEOs. Our founders aren't stepping away either, they're staying engaged through a newly formed Diamond Advisory Council. It's been a privilege getting to work closely with both groups this year, genuinely awesome people. Our leadership bench just got deeper and stronger. Parking is still at the center of everything we do: It's just not the whole story anymore. This is a company defining what the category looks like next and investing in the people who'll build it. #BetterTogether #TheLAZway #EVcharging #autonomousvehicle https://lnkd.in/gwZcRsCw

We’re excited to share an important milestone in LAZ history that reflects our commitment to growing our people and our organization from within.   Starting in January 2027, Tony DiPaolo and John Svendblad will become Co-Chief Executive Officers, bringing more than four decades of leadership experience at LAZ. They'll be supported by an accomplished executive team including Eric Siskind as Chief Operating Officer, Steven Gresh Gresh as Chief Business Officer, and Jason Bendett as Chief Financial Officer.   We’re also launching the Diamond Advisory Council (DAC), uniting LAZ’s four founding partners and Nathan Owen to guide the next generation of leaders and preserve the culture and relationships that define LAZ. There’s so much to look forward to in the year ahead, not just in where LAZ is headed, but in the talented people leading the way.   Read our full announcement below and join us in celebrating this exciting moment: https://lnkd.in/egGg7PPG   #PeopleFirst #BetterTogether #TheLAZway

We are excited to announce that Jeff Johnson has joined LAZ as Vice President of Customer Growth and Technology Solutions. Jeff brings a wealth of experience in building, strengthening, and expanding partner relationships, always with a keen focus on continuous improvement and innovation.   "I've had the privilege of working alongside JJ for more than six years during his time at Flash Parking, where he played a key role in driving innovation and strengthening our partnership. His ability to connect technology, operations, and customer success, combined with his passion for building lasting relationships, makes him a perfect fit for LAZ. We're thrilled to welcome him to the LAZ family." – Steven Gresh, Head of Technology and Innovation at LAZ.   Please join us in welcoming Jeff and wishing him success as he embarks on this new chapter at LAZ! #BetterTogether #TheLAZway #Innovation

25 years later, the reminder to put people first, look out for one another, and come together still matters. Remember the lives lost. Honor those who responded. Look out for one another. And never take for granted the strength that comes from people coming together. Today, we remember and reflect on the legacy of September 11, 2001. #NeverForget

The #NFL season is here. 🏈   And for LAZ Live!, game day starts well before kickoff. Our events services team is proud to partner with the Denver Broncos, New England Patriots, and Washington Commanders to elevate the fan experience from arrival to kickoff.   But our work doesn’t stop at just stadiums. In cities like Seattle, Los Angeles, and Cleveland, LAZ Live! teams help manage traffic around major events and gamedays, support crowd control, and help ensure fans can get where they’re going safely. It takes a lot of people behind the scenes to make game day happen, and we’re proud to be part of the team that makes it happen. Here’s to another season of great games, great fans, and being #BetterTogether
