Happy Father's Day to all the dads at Grand Hyatt Nashville! Cheers to a top POP! We celebrated all the dads with tasty beef jerky and what some folks from the North call Pop (or Soda). But here in the South we call it Coke. 😊 Thank you for all you do!

Beyond thrilled to have Karmen on our team!
Today is a big day!!! Today is a shining example of how the hospitality industry can change the future of not only a person but the family of that person as well. Today is Day 1 for Karmen who starts in the pastry kitchen at the Grand Hyatt Nashville. The team at the Grand Hyatt led by General Manager Marc Sternagel made this happen. It’s his kindness and leadership that sets the tone at the property. Also very grateful to Zach Bryant, Pastry Chef and Karmen’s new boss. As this started with our INNmersion in February, Rachel Toups, SHRM-CP HR Coordinator Extraordinaire led this process from the very beginning and the extra care and kindness that she has demonstrated from the beginning is truly inspiring. What can humble us all is her mom telling me that she never thought this would be possible for her daughter. If we all join in, we can change the future course of people’s lives because we are the one industry whose culture is centered on kindness and service! The best is yet to come! I know it!!!

In order to be extraordinary, you have to treat your clients to unparallel experiences. Last week, we had the privilege to host a group of our most valuable clients to the WM Phoenix Open. It is always special having the opportunity to bond with clients in a more relaxed setting. Work hard, play harder ! Grand Hyatt Nashville #luxuryhotels #nashville #clientevent #wmopen2026

Yesterday was such a fun day getting to host a group from Inn-Clusivity at Grand Hyatt Nashville. They had the opportunity to participate in our shipping, pastry, and housekeeping departments. Nothing makes me happier than getting to watch our awesome departments welcome in these individuals and create a hands on experience for them!!
