Moe's Southwest Grill is expanding in the Twin Cities! The first traditional brick-and-mortar Moe's location is now open in Woodbury, MN! We are excited to bring our signature customizable, craveable menu to more guests in the growing Twin Cities market. The opening reflects the ongoing consumer demand we're seeing for the freshness, convenience and value that Moe's provides. Franchise owner Satnam Dhillon was originally drawn to Moe's fresh, bold flavors and energetic culture, leading him to eventually turn a personal favorite into a business opportunity. And his plans don’t stop with Woodbury. He’s also planning a second location in Apple Valley in the Twin Cities area to introduce Moe's to more Minnesota residents. Where do you want Moe’s to come next?

What a few days in Atlanta! GoTo Foods just wrapped QSR Evolution, and we're already fired up about the conversations, connections, and insights from the show. Huge shoutout to our amazing leader representation: Jessicah Pounds, Marissa Sharpless, and Jessica Osborne. These leaders brought insight, energy, and real talk to panels on coaching, brand marketing, and staying true to your roots in a changing industry. Beyond the sessions, it was energizing to connect with so many operators, franchisees, and industry leaders all thinking about how we keep evolving without losing what makes our brands our brands. Thanks to the QSR Evolution team for having us, already looking forward to next year! For those who went, what was your biggest takeaway?
