Every new leadership role comes with new responsibilities, new challenges, and an opportunity to keep growing. This month, our newest Area Directors came together for AD Leadership Academy, spending two days learning, connecting, and preparing for what comes next in their careers with Flynn. Through sessions focused on leadership, communication, and developing their teams, our ADs built new skills, strengthened connections with one another, and left with tools they can bring back to their markets. The learning may happen in the classroom, but the impact goes far beyond it. By investing in our leaders, we’re helping them grow so they can create opportunities, develop their people, and build stronger teams along the way.
