A successful transition back into the community requires attention to the whole person. Dismas House STL LLC provides dietitian-approved meals, medication monitoring, and assistance connecting clients with medical and mental health services. Staff also work with the Bureau of Prisons to help maintain continuity of care as they transition from federal custody into the community. What Is a Residential Reentry Center? A Residential Reentry Center is not a prison or jail. It is a transitional environment where adults completing federal prison sentences live under federal supervision while working, attending treatment and rebuilding family and community ties.
