World's first blockchain to tokenize internet domains - DeFi for a $350B RWA class. $25M Series A led by Paradigm.
About us
D3 is building the world's first DomainFi network to tokenize 364M+ existing and future domains as real-world assets. D3 unlocks the financial potential of domains by building on Doma Protocol, a decentralized blockchain infrastructure bridging traditional Internet domains (.com, .net, .ai, .org) with emerging Web3 domain extensions (.sol, .avax, .shib, .ape). Backed by top-tier investors including Paradigm, Coinbase Ventures, and Maelstrom, the D3 team includes industry veterans with 30+ years of collective experience, known for leading domain name monetization, internet protocols, and TLD operations such as .xyz, .inc, .tv, and .link.

Most "web3 domains" only work in a wallet. A real domain works everywhere: website, email, wallet, all one name. Back the one that's you, on Frontier. https://lnkd.in/dmZpxqUe

The last time internet real estate was available was in 2012. Over the last decade, technology has accelerated usage and growth of the Internet -- agents and machines are now driving 10X demand for new internet identities and payment endpoints. D3 is unlocking access to new domain extensions with Frontier, a capital platform democratizing access to premium digital assets in the domain name system. The land rush is at frontier.d3.com!
Nobody drills an oil well blind. So why do registries still launch new extensions with zero demand data? What 2012 taught us, what's different in 2026, and why we built Frontier.

Hear from our CEO Fred Hsu on the question every 2026 TLD applicant should be asking: who's buying? For TLD applicants and registry operators, Frontier delivers: - Aggregate, TLD-level demand before your price lock - Ranked, funded orders at launch - Full control of pricing, premiums and inventory - Real buyers from Solana and Hyperliquid communities, with Base and others coming soon - Zero cost to join https://lnkd.in/dVCnskqZ

The 2026 new gTLD round is the first major expansion of the namespace since 2012. The rules are different this time. Private auctions are gone. Contention goes to ICANN. Applicants face a two-year runway to launch with little visibility into demand. Our CEO Fred Hsu breaks down what the 2012 round taught the industry and how Frontier closes the gap between Reveal Day and launch: - Aggregate, TLD-level demand data before price lock - A Limited Registration Period after Sunrise, with orders ranked by member commitment - Registrations through ICANN-accredited registrars at the registry's locked price - Applicant-neutral: whoever wins delegation inherits the demand - Free for applicants and registry operators If your team applied for a string, let's talk before Reveal Day: frontier.d3.com/registries
