Smart advice starts with the client, not the answer. Workplace decisions are rarely simple. They involve business priorities, employee expectations, culture, sustainability, real estate and long-term performance — often all at once. June Koh helps organisations make sense of that complexity. By listening carefully, asking sharper questions and bringing structure to different perspectives, she helps clients align around what matters and move forward with confidence. Deciding exactly where to locate global operations requires looking beyond "cost per square foot" to rigorously evaluate talent, real estate dynamics, business risk, and cost, aligning your footprint directly with your long-term corporate strategy. Dimitrios Vlachopoulos bridges the gap between vision and reality by connecting macroeconomic shifts, such as AI disruption and changing talent demographics, with tactical real estate execution. AI is advancing quickly, but its economic effects are becoming less uniform. Our latest Q2 AI Impact Barometer tracks how adoption, investment, growth and employment are shifting across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. The update shows a widening gap between where AI momentum is building and how that momentum is translating into economic, workforce and real estate performance outcomes. Signing Ceremony: Cushman & Wakefield Appointed to Lead Feasibility Study for Stavian Digital Park in HCMC On September 23, Cushman & Wakefield, Stavian Group and U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) officially signed a strategic partnership in Singapore where Cushman & Wakefield was appointed by Stavian to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study for Stavian Digital Park and the United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) granted the study. Stavian Digital Park is a proposed hyperscale AI and cloud campus in Ho Chi Minh City. The project is potentially one of the pioneering hyperscale data centres in Vietnam, positioned within a 300-hectare master-planned development, with 300 MW of planned power capacity for Phase 1 by 2030. Cushman & Wakefield will undertake a comprehensive assessment of the project’s key considerations, including market demand and potential, site suitability, power and telecommunications infrastructure, renewable energy integration, as well as technical, commercial, legal and strategic implementation feasibility. Reading a neighborhood means understanding more than traffic counts and demographics. It means knowing how people use a place, what they value and what might be missing. Kristen Pash saw an opportunity for value retail inside a shopping center known for luxury brands. The idea faced resistance, but the store opened, performed well and brought a broader mix of shoppers to the center. Meet Cushman & Wakefield's Smart Advisors: https://cushwk.co/4cPqwqg

The Fed raised interest rates for the first time in three years this week, and hoteliers can't agree on what it means. In this week's edition of #BuiltWeekly, we cover the cost pressures squeezing hotel owners and Anthropic's 2.16GW bet on Queensland, plus Helsinki's jump into the next tier of European data center markets.

A location can look right in the data and still be wrong for the operation. Ben Harris, CSCP helps industrial occupiers look beyond costs, incentives and rankings to understand how a location will perform when the business needs to hire workers, serve customers and support future growth. The questions he asks often change the conversation, shifting the focus from selecting the most attractive option to understanding which location will support the business long after the facility opens. Tariffs, hockey sticks and a 200-year-old cautionary tale. It's been an eventful week of trade headlines: this week's #BuiltWeekly maps North American tariff exposure ahead of a very sad gingerbread season. Plus, what "fambushing" can teach us about the future of retail tenant mixes.
