The 2026 AMFP Healthcare Summit was one for the books! Expert panelists from throughout the A/E/C industries came together at Wash U Medicine's EPNEC facility to share ideas, push limitations, and inspire innovation in the healthcare facility landscape.    CI Select was thrilled to be a part of the event with sponsorship from Falkbuilt CI - shoutout to Michael (Mike) Iannone and his fellow "Deep Dive into Renovations, Adaptive Reuse and Flexible Facilities" panelists. In this essential role, you'll be the backbone of our operations––receiving, inspecting, staging, and delivering CI Select's furniture and related products. You'll help ensure every item is "customer ready" and play a key part in creating a seamless experience for our clients. As a member of the Operations team, you'll thrive in a supportive environment that values teamwork, safety, and personal growth. What You'll Do: • Champion Company Culture: Live out CI Select’s core values—Give It Your All, Enjoy Doing It, Grow Together, Inspire Confidence, and Take Ownership—in every aspect of your work.. • Execute Warehouse Operations: Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, inspect for damage, and ensure products are properly tagged and stored. Pull, stage, and assemble products for shipment, delivery, or installation, making sure everything is ready for our customers. • Support Inventory Control: Help enforce inventory procedures––no product leaves the warehouse without proper documentation. Assist with loading and unloading trucks and packaging returned or shipped goods. • Deliver and Transport Products: Review daily delivery schedules and routes, operate company vehicles safely, and ensure all delivery equipment is ready to go. Obtain recipient signatures and handle returned products with care. • Promote Safety and Teamwork: Adhere to company safety guidelines and warehouse best practices. Support other team members and departments with a positive, team-first attitude. • Maintain a Professional Image: Wear your CI Select uniform with pride and help keep our warehouse clean, organized, and safe. • Grow Your Skills: Gain experience operating warehouse equipment and learn best practices for warehouse storage and delivery.

This year's Design Days was one for the books...iykyk. MillerKnoll, Shaw, and JSI got fun with big blocks of drenched color...not upset about those rich oxblood maroons, and get ready for more green 💚 We had a great time looking out for new goodies to put into our showroom...there may be a hint or two here 👀 KI blew everyone's minds with their wildly innovative launches. Showstoppers! Old school was in! Slinkies, records, old school phones. Remember land lines? 🥹 Chicago was beautiful. Energy was high. People were happy! The best part of this conference is always mixing and matching designers and industry partners - just enjoying time together. It's always about the people. FIFTEEN years of KidStruction. KIDstruction Week was founded in 2011 by Rich Ledbetter, the former leader of the St. Louis civil construction firm Castle Contracting. The annual fundraising campaign brings together the regional architecture, construction, and engineering industries to support St. Louis Children’s Hospital. The idea originated after Ledbetter joined the development board of the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Foundation. Feeling that he wasn't making a large enough personal contribution, he initially considered resigning. However, a casual conversation with one of his own construction foremen changed everything. The foreman’s young son was being treated for severe pneumonia at the hospital, and he spoke passionately about the life-saving care his family received. Realizing how deeply the hospital impacted local families, Ledbetter saw an opportunity to bridge his professional industry with philanthropy. He noted that the construction trades are full of "salt-of-the-earth folks with huge hearts" who would gladly help if given a direct and simple way to do so. What started as a single-company pledge spread rapidly across the region. The format remains straightforward: workers donate a small amount per hour for one designated week. To date, KIDstruction Week has raised more than $6.8 million for St. Louis Children’s Hospital. These donations directly support the hospital’s Area of Greatest Need, a fund that addresses the hospital’s most urgent and evolving priorities.    This year's goal is to raise an additional $800,000. KIDstruction asks for $2 for every hour worked that week ($80) but any amount donated is absolutely appreciated, no amount too small.
