One date
Millions of stories
Every October 1st, the world stops to celebrate coffee. The crop that wakes up farms, drives economies, and connects people across every continent around a single cup.
In 2026, this moment became historic: the United Nations General Assembly officially recognised 1 October as International Coffee Day, elevating the date to the global stage and affirming what the coffee community has always known – that this is not just a drink. It is a livelihood, a culture, and a force for sustainable development for over 125 million people worldwide.
This site was built for everyone who is part of that story. A living space, updated throughout the year, with inspiring stories, concrete impact, and a community that spans from the farmer at origin to the barista behind the counter. Here, every voice in coffee belongs.
