Step to reproduce:

  1. Start self verificaiton with web
  2. Scan with riotX, tap Done
  3. Do not confirm yet the scan on web (wait a bit)
  4. Confirm on web

=> riotX sent the gossip request to early, before web had validation of the reciprocate
