Description
When I click on "Bootstrap cross-signing and secret storage" nothing happens in the UI and it seemst that the secret storage isn't set up, but in the console it looks alright?!
Steps to reproduce
Click on "Bootstrap cross-signing and secret storage".
Version information
Riot Web 1.5.8 with the cross-signing feature set to "enable"
