Hi, we have two Cisco 2600 routers, one deployed in our main office and the other in our remote site. We also have two DSL connections. We have our Exchange server in main office. Q1. How to configure the two router to use the 2 DSL connections that we have? Q2. How to route our exchange server to pass through connection 1? Q3. How to route our HTTP to pass through in connection 2?

Terminate 2 DSL links on different-different two routers. Then configure PPPoe encapsulation on both links and configure default route on both routers to your both ISPs. At a certain amount, ur traffic will come inside in ur premises. But ur traffic will not advertise from 1 ISP to 2 ISP.

    Sounds like these are not setup in your locations. Is that correct? Or do you have the DSL connections setup, but need a VPN between the offices?

    I would say to setup the pppoe encapsulation with the proper dialer-pool and dialer-group configured. You'll need to implement Port Address Translation, IPsec, ISAKEMP, crypto maps for your interesting traffic and such. There is a decent amount of configuration to go into that little task, so if you're not familiar with the cisco cli, you might be better off hiring someone to do it right.
