    There is a huge god damn difference between, "I, a real-life survivor of rape, feel I have been made stronger by my experience," and "this fictional character written by men and who is a survivor of a rape used as a framing device for man pain, feels she has been made stronger."

    And often that's only if they're actively trying to get pregnant and therefore doing routine pregnancy tests or have otherwise clockwork periods. Symptoms don't often appear until 9-10 weeks or more.
