DENIC does not use dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.   Pursuant to the Directive 2013/11/EU, the European Commission has established an Internet platform for online resolution of disputes between traders and consumers (ODR platform).

You can access the ODR platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. DENIC does not currently apply the dispute resolution proceedings made available at the ODR platform.
