    1. Registration of domain names is done by general rules stated in the contract between a Registrar and the ITC.

    2. .am domain name might contain only Latin 0-9 numbers, '-' (dash) and ASCII English letters.
.հայ domain name might contain only Latin 0-9 numbers, '-' (dash) and Unicode Armenian letters except the letter 'և' (0587).
    3. The responsibility for utilization of allowed letters in the second and higher level domain names is carried by Registrant of the second level domain name excepting the cases when the second level domain name is registered by the Registrar.

    5. If an online registration application is filled for a domain name twice but was not paid for, the third time online application is blocked for that domain name. 4. Within the framework of services provided by the ITC to Registrar the registration of a domain name in .am and .հայ TLD is made according to the contract signed between the Registrar and the Registrant and in any disputable situations, challenged in court, and in any other dispute, the litigants are the Registrar and the Registrant.
    5. The party requesting registration of the domain name certifies that such registered domain name will not be used for any illegal or unethical purpose under any circumstances in any country.
    6. If a Registrant is using a domain name for spreading spam and/or any illegal or inappropriate purposes (to stir up an international, ethnic, religious discord, to abet in international terrorism, to promote violence, to boost up pornography, to support trafficking) the domain name can be suspended by the .am/.հայ TLD Improper Content Response Group that investigates the case and adopts a decision.
    7. The right to use a domain name by a Registrant can be revoked if it is proved that the provided information/documents are not true, truthful, and/or complete.
