Merit Network is pleased to partner with Academy Leadership to offer a leadership training program geared toward developing leaders who are equipped with the tools, habits and attitudes required to build great organizations. The program is appropriate for people transitioning into leadership roles, or for established leaders seeking to advance their skills.Academy Leadership courses are based on leadership development programs used at the nation's military academies and are facilitated by service academy graduates with senior executive experience. The courses promote personal discovery through the creation of a Leader's Compass and a Leader Profile. They also includes work on important individual skills like time management, meeting management and goal setting, as well as interactive skills like motivation, conflict management and coaching.
Courses include 90 days of follow-up coaching with the instructor. Academy Leadership also offers advanced courses in ethics, strategic planning, and establishing focus and alignment within an organization.
