- Minimum size is 9 1/2" long x by 5 1/2" high to fit the Global Express Guaranteed label.
- Can’t be more than 70 lbs. Some countries have lower weight restrictions.
- Most hazardous materials cannot be shipped.
- With few exceptions, cigarettes and smokeless tobacco shipments cannot be mailed.

- Maximum combined length and girth of 108" in combined length and girth. Meaning the combined measurement of the longest side and the distance around the thickest part can’t be more than 108".
- Maximum size of 46" long x 46" high x 35" wide.
- In most countries, contents can’t be worth more than $2,499.
- Shipments requiring filing Electronic Export Information (EEI) are prohibited.
- Gift shipments may be subject to additional duties and taxes.
- Specific rules and restrictions vary by country.
