ISC offers a full suite of professional services designed to meet the needs of organizations running BIND or ISC DHCP in their networks. DNS and DHCP are essential applications to keep your business online and connected whether your primary usage is email, the web or any other network application. By purchasing professional services from ISC, you will also be helping to fund the continuing development of the software. ISC is a 501(c)3 public benefit corporation dependent for our future on the support of users.

Support

We offer ongoing support to for the operation of BIND and ISC DHCP software on your network, with numerous options and price points. Support options vary from same-day straight business hour coverage to rapid-response 24x7 coverage.

Training

Our goal is to give System Administrators and Network Engineers up-to-date information to allow the most effective management of their servers. We offer introductory and advanced training in BIND/DNS and in DHCP.

Certification

We are developing a certification program to accompany our training. It has not yet been launched.

Consulting

ISC also offers consulting packages. We offer expert guidance in addressing issues such as initial configuration, software or system migration, migration, or 'best-practice' review. The consulting packages are complementary to ISC's support offering or can be customized for a point solution to a specific concern. Our experts are ready to help with your DNS or DHCP issues.

Software Development

Under some circumstances ISC will accept contracts for software development work on software related to, or part of, our existing products.
