An example of a domain name is cnn.com or espn.com
If you went to a domain name registrar like Godaddy, Host Gator, Yahoo, etc. then your domain name is probably the name of the website your bought.
If by setting it up you mean how to create a website, you may be in trouble if you don't know what your domain name is. However, there are plenty of companies willing to help you. I suggest a Google search for the phrase "professional web development."
