North American Lecture Series
In honor of Parshat Terumah - the first Parsha that mentions "Tekhelet" -
Dr. Ari Greenspan and Joel Guberman will be on a teaching tour in the US.
Feb. 8 (Shabbat Terumah) - Feb. 17, 2008
The "Partners in Innovation" program is a unique, hands on seminar combining: Torah, Biology, Chemistry and History.
The seminar accommodates up to 50 participants in groups of 5-10, preferably in a Science Classroom.
The program includes:
- Video on the History of Tekhelet.
- Hands on dyeing of Tekhelet using authentic Tekhelet from the Chilazon.
- Overview and Hands on production of a personal display card showing wool preparation according to the Shabbat Melachot.
