About us

Advosys Consulting is a systems management company: we secure systems, build networks and servers, and perform research. We have a broad range of experience, but concentrate on IT security, Internet technologies and open source software.

Advosys Consulting is a privately held corporation with headquarters in Ottawa, Canada. We have been providing solutions to private sector and government clients since 1990.

Advosys Consulting is an independent consulting firm. We have broad experience with multiple vendors including Sun, RedHat and Microsoft but do not sell any vendor's hardware or software. We receive no commission, percentage, or other reward for recommending particular products or services.

Freedom from the financial influence of vendors lets us select the solution that best meets your needs, including inexpensive open-source software. We work only our clients, not for a product vendor.
