CUT-OUT  POSTCARD

POSTAGE  DUE

An uncommon postage due item: This postcard was mailed at the 23c domestic rate, but because of the ornate cut-out design of hearts, the 37c domestic first-class letter rate was required, thus, the 14c rate difference became postage due upon arrival, paid by the recipient.
