Welcome to the Association of Independent Financial
Advisers, a trade body representing 70% of the IFA market
from the largest national firm to the smallest local adviser.
We do not just communicate IFAs views. We also keep IFAs
informed about developments which affect their business; we
operate a helpline for regulatory and technical queries. We are
mounting several initiatives sometimes with product providers,
intended to help the effective operation
of IFA businesses. We are for example, leaders in the debate of
professional indemnity insurance and training and competence.
All our work aims to improve the environment within which IFAs
run their businesses.
