As a result of closure of its Midwest Service Center in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, Konami appoints Betson Enterprises, a division of H. Betti Industries, Inc. as its solely authorized parts and service company for Konami�s video games. Effective February 7, 2003, Betson will be fully stocked with Konami parts and ready to make them available to the U.S. distributors. Additionally, factory-trained service personnel can be contacted at that time to assist in technical repair needs.
