Daisy Perryer shared thisLoved this: Tasneem Bhamji 🎙️ 💭 Start testing unsafe hypotheses. Take the risk that might not work, instead of only shipping what you're already 100% sure will land. Push the boundaries. Build in reward and recognition for the attempt itself, not just the outcome. Celebrate the swing, even when it misses. As leaders its important to spot the people taking real leaps of faith and back them publicly. Because when one of those bets actually pays off, that's not incremental improvement. That's where real transformation happens. Excited to launch this podcast, keep your eyes peeled 👀

Daisy Perryer reposted thisDaisy Perryer reposted thisI have had 20 conversations with experienced recruiters this week and I am yet to see another commission structure that rewards recruiters like this. At Wave Group the environment is high performing. So is the pay. 👉 £75k billed/quarter → £124k take home p/a 👉 £125k billed/quarter → £224k take home p/a 👉 £200k billed/quarter → £398k take home p/a 👉 £250k billed/quarter → £498k take home p/a Up to 50% commission plus equity 🔥 DMs open for recruiters who want to see what their own numbers look like here. 🔢 https://lnkd.in/eDp_6HMD ☎️ WhatsApp me: 07463144662 If you know another scheme that pays better, we'd love to see it.

Daisy Perryer reposted thisDaisy Perryer reposted this>>> New Contract Opportunities - Outside IR35 <<< New contract opportunities I'm working on. A well-established, high-growth private healthcare provider is building out a squad to transform their patient journey, from first enquiry through to triage. Product Manager > £500pd Own the patient journey end to end. Genuine 0-to-1 build: discovery, stakeholder workshops, product roadmap. This isn't executing a pre-written brief, it's defining the vision. Product Designer > £400pd Design a simple, trusted, engaging front end for a high-value healthcare service. Some workflow/process design involved too, not just UI. Agile Delivery Manager > £450pd Manage delivery across siloed engineering teams and external partners. Stakeholder management and driving adoption of new ways of working matter as much as technical delivery. This is a genuine greenfield opportunity. Healthcare background preferred across all three roles. Comfortable with ambiguity essential, this runs like a start-up despite being an established business. Interview process is moving fast, If this sounds like you, or you know someone who fits, message me directly. charlie@wavetalent.co / 07823 770 508 #Contract #ProductManagement #ProductDesign #DeliveryManagement #Healthcare #HealthTech

Daisy Perryer shared thisEveryone talks about psychological safety, but what if organisations built cultures where people embrace feeling uncomfortable, out of their comfort zone, stretched? Because growth happens there, not in the safe zone. It all comes down to an organisation's relationship with failure. Give more space to what didn't work, how much you failed and learned, rather than just how much you won. That's where you get to reflect, iterate, and grow more comfortable in the uncomfortable. Tasneem Bhamji so excited to share this podcast! 📈 🎙️

Daisy Perryer reposted thisDaisy Perryer reposted thisFall in love with what most people run from. (That's the whole secret.) Nobody is hiding the answers from you. The path to a great life has been written about for thousands of years. Here's the uncomfortable truth: You already know what to do. Wake up early. Focus on one thing. Move your body. Eat real food. Read old books. Be present. Listen intently. Change your mind. Have the hard conversation. None of this is new. None of this is complicated. But almost nobody does it consistently. Because every single item on that list requires choosing discomfort over ease. The alarm over the snooze button. The silence over the scroll. The vegetables over the drive-through. The real talk over the safe one. Here's what I've learned: The things that build a great life feel like resistance in the moment. That's not a flaw in the system. That's the system working. Stop waiting for motivation. Start falling in love with the boring fundamentals. That is the recipe. —— If this resonated, repost to your network ♻️ and follow Sahil Bloom for more. 🎯 Want clarity on what actually matters? Daisy Perryer shared thisA few of my favourite takeaways from our female exec panel evening 💭 👉 AI is making execution cheap. It's making judgement, taste and prioritisation more valuable, not less. 👉The biggest shift isn't engineers using AI better. It's business, product and ops people becoming builders too. The line between "the business" and "the tech team" is blurring fast. 👉 Some of the most effective AI use cases are the ones customers never really see, where AI works quietly in the background to support frontline teams, while people bring the empathy, judgment and trust. 👉The businesses that struggle most probably aren't the least technical ones. They're the ones trying to bolt AI onto old ways of working without changing the operating model, incentives or leadership underneath it. You can't just declare yourself "AI-native." What an evening we had. A big thank you to Tasneem Bhamji , Shraddha Nayak, Georgie Steele and Miryem Salah for an incredible discussion.

Daisy Perryer liked thisDaisy Perryer liked thisJuly's nearly done... and what a way to kick off Q3 🔥 We've carried some really good momentum into the quarter, and it's been great to see it build week after week. Loads going on behind the scenes, final stage interviews, new roles coming in, and some exciting stuff happening with clients. August's shaping up to be a big one. We've grown from 34 to 60 people so far this year, and there's a reason so many people are excited to be part of the journey. The culture, the opportunities, and the people around us make a huge difference. We've got our annual sports day coming up, followed by our Mykonos incentive trip. It's something the team's worked hard for all year, and seeing people hit their goals and earn these moments is genuinely one of the best parts of what we do ❤️ On top of that, we've got some big client projects kicking off that'll keep us busy through the rest of summer and straight into Q4. Looking forward to finishing July strong and seeing what August brings 🚀

Daisy Perryer liked thisDaisy Perryer liked this🚀 Interested in joining a YC backed start-up in their first year? This is one of the most exciting roles I've picked up this year... I'm working with an AI-native startup that's rethinking an entire professional services industry from the ground up. Instead of building software for firms, they're building the firm itself, with AI agents doing the operational work while humans focus on advice, judgement and customer relationships. They're now looking for one of their first Member of Technical Staff (Engineering) to help shape both the product and the company. You'll spend time with customers, understand their workflows, ship features quickly, measure adoption, iterate constantly, and work directly alongside the founders to decide what gets built next. The sort of engineer they're looking for: - Strong product instincts and genuine customer obsession - Comfortable building in ambiguity and taking ownership - AI-first mindset, regularly using Claude, Codex and other coding agents - Experience building 0 to 1 products or scrappy MVPs - Happy speaking with users as often as writing code 🖥️ TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, AI 📍 London (5 days in the office) 💰 >£130k + Founding Equity If you're the sort of engineer who cares more about solving customer problems than simply writing code, I'd love to tell you more. Drop me a message if you'd like to hear more. *No Sponsorship*

Daisy Perryer liked thisDaisy Perryer liked thisIf you committed to the points below for the next 90 days, I genuinely believe you would become almost unrecognizable in the way you think, feel, and live. This post is for anyone who genuinely wants to change their life, or even "needs to change their life", create a great feeling every single day, or to become the best version of themselves. I have so many people message me asking where to start, this is exactly where I would start today and still do to this day. 1) Spend a few hours doing a full audit of your life. Be brutally honest with yourself. (If you want the framework I use, send me a message.) 2) Remove bad habits immediately. - Alcohol adds nothing positive. - Drugs add nothing positive. - Junk food adds nothing positive. 3) Visit a church, temple or another place of reflection once a month. Sit in silence, pray if that's your belief, or simply clear your mind. 4) Find a coach or mentor who challenges the way you think. 5) Train five times a week. If you're a beginner, that's even more reason to start. 6) Journal every day. Write down your wins, your lessons and where you need to improve. 7) Spend the first 15 minutes of every morning in silence meditating, before touching your phone. 8) Find a hobby that gives you energy outside of work. 9) Fill your weekends with experiences that make you feel alive, not ones you regret on Monday. 10 Go for a 20-minute walk after work. 11) Review your week every Sunday. What went well? What didn't? What changes next week? 12) Dress well. Looking after yourself changes how you carry yourself. 13) Remove negative people from your life without guilt. 14) Work with people who inspire you to become better. Life is about how you “feel” and feeling is one of the most important things, to drive you to greatness. When you feel healthy, focused, clear and in control, you perform better in every area of life. Your career improves, your relationships improve and your confidence grows.

Daisy Perryer liked thisDaisy Perryer liked this🚀 Senior Full Stack Engineer | HRTech | London (Hybrid) | >£95k + Equity I'm working with a fast-growing HRTech company that's rethinking one of the biggest pain points in hiring. They're building a platform that gives people more control over their own data while helping businesses make faster, better hiring decisions. As they continue to scale, they're investing heavily in engineering and looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help shape the next phase of the platform. They're looking for someone who enjoys owning features end-to-end, influencing technical direction, working closely with product and design, and solving real customer problems. There's a strong emphasis on product thinking, mentoring others, and helping raise the engineering bar across the team. Tech stack: ⚙️ TypeScript, Node.js, React/Next.js ☁️ AWS, MongoDB, GraphQL 🏗️ Full ownership from idea through to production 📍 London | 2 days onsite 💰 Up to £95k + equity 🎁 Flexible working, annual retreat, work-from-anywhere, healthcare + more A great opportunity for someone who enjoys building high-quality products in a collaborative, product-led engineering environment. Daisy Perryer liked thisDaisy Perryer liked this🚨 Hiring: Forward Deployed Engineer 👉 AI-native identity & access security platform | £80k-£110k | London (3 days onsite, Old Street) Backing from top-tier VCs. Small team, shipping fast, growing quickly. This one's for a problem solver, not a ticket closer. You'll own the entire technical relationship with customers: getting them integrated, building the connectors and scripts to fit around their stack, triaging and fixing issues, and spotting where they can get more value and just going and building it. Customers often don't know exactly what they need. Figuring that out is part of the job. You'll work across IdPs (Okta, Entra, Google Workspace) and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), so you'll need to pick things up fast and hold your own with technical stakeholders. Ex-founders do well here. Not a "that's not my job" culture. If something's broken for a customer, it's yours to fix. DM me if this sounds like you, or know someone who'd be a great fit.

Daisy Perryer liked thisDaisy Perryer liked thisLife is too short to spend time with people who secretly hope you fail. You know exactly who they are. Brilliant post by my friend Dora Vanourek - give her a follow The ones who: - Ask about your promotion with fake concern - Share your mistakes but never your wins - Go silent when good things happen to you - Always have a 'but' after congratulations - Remember every time you stumbled Stop making excuses for people who wouldn't make time for you. Choose people who: - Text you job opportunities - Celebrate your wins like their own - Defend you in rooms you're not in - Push you toward your potential - Actually want you to succeed Your circle should expand your possibilities, not shrink them. It's not mean to cut people off. It's mean to yourself not to. Choose people who choose you back. ♻️ Repost to remind someone they deserve real supporters ➕ Follow me (Susan Chen) for more
