We have exciting news to share! Today we announced an agreement to acquire Dilosk - ICS Mortgages, trading as Dilosk and ICS Mortgages, a leading Irish mortgage lender, subject to customary regulatory approvals. Dilosk has built a strong presence in the Irish market across owner-occupied and buy-to-let products, including bridge loans. Welcoming them into the Pepper Advantage Group will allow us to diversify our business in Ireland and further grow our credit access offering. This means that we can offer our clients more opportunities to deploy capital directly into assets originated through our established origination, servicing and technology infrastructure. Upon completion, Dilosk will operate as a standalone business within the Group. We're excited to be joining forces with Fergal McGrath and the wider Dilosk team, and look forward to working together to make a real impact in the Irish market. As part of our Pride celebrations, Pepper Advantage Ireland were delighted to welcome guest speaker, Rebecca Tallon de Havilland onsite last week. Rebecca shared her inspiring personal journey as the first known transgender woman to undergo gender reassignment surgery in Ireland in 1991. Rebecca’s remarkable story offered a unique perspective on inclusion, resilience, and authenticity. We were compelled by Rebecca’s story and her session sparked meaningful conversations reminding us that creating an inclusive culture is an ongoing commitment and not just during Pride Month, but every day of the year. A sincere thank you to Rebecca for sharing her story so candidly.
