Today, we lost a $100K deal. For a young company like Patchifi, that's a significant opportunity. But strangely, I'm more motivated than disappointed. Over the last 40+ days, we went head-to-head with two established endpoint management leaders. We survived every round, answered every technical question, prepared countless presentations and documents, and matched every feature they offered. In many areas, we even went beyond. The feedback we received today? "We chose the other vendor because you're new and not in Gartner." Not because of product capability. Not because of support. Not because of innovation. Simply because we're new. And honestly, that's okay. Every company that is in Gartner today was once "too new" for someone. This loss doesn't change our roadmap, our vision, or our belief in what we're building. If anything, it validates that we're competing at the highest level much earlier than expected.
