Mostly fun, sometimes frustrating. At least once a day it freezes my cue so I can't shoot. Also, I constantly get a message that the game is awaiting my opponent's response. Response to what? I disabled the chat feature but can attest that, when it was active, searching for the message you want to send does not stop the game to await your choice. So what the heck response am I awaiting? Is there some secret way to pause the game that I don't know about?

It's a great game, except for one fact: It is absolutely FULL of cheaters! I have sent so-called customer service video and messages showing clearly that other players are cheating, making impossible shots banking off four or five bumpers before making a combination shot into the pocket, and it happens often. They can't seem to control their systems for filtering out those that cheat. It makes the game very unenjoyable.

I used to absolutely love the game but I have noticed a steady trend of accounts that have either hacked or something. Idk but somehow many of these accounts are cheating, between shots seeming impossible, like 2 balls should have collided, or they are moving the cue stick and shooting automatically no aim no nothing, within a minute or 2 game is done. Im not going to continue to put money in if nothing is actually going to be done about it.
