🤔 📌 #Polsko #VstupNaTrh #ObchodniPartner #B2B #OperacyjnyMost

Looking for a distributor in Poland? That might be the wrong first question. We often see the same approach: 🔎 Find a list of Polish distributors. 📧 Send 50 emails. 📞 Make a few calls. ⏳ Wait. And when nobody responds: “Maybe the Polish market isn't interested.” But before looking for a distributor, there are more important questions: Who should actually buy your product in Poland? Which sales channel makes sense for your product? What kind of partner would be able to sell it — and why would they want to? And perhaps most importantly: Does your current business model fit the Polish market? A distributor can be the right answer. But sometimes you need a sales agent. Sometimes direct sales make more sense. Sometimes a local partner is needed first to test the market. And sometimes the product, pricing or positioning needs adjustment before looking for any partner at all. The point is simple: Finding a distributor is not the same as finding a way into the market. First understand the market. Then choose the route. #MarketEntry #Poland #B2B #InternationalBusiness #Distribution #CrossBorderBusiness #OperacyjnyMost

Speaking the language is not the same as being understood in the market. 🗣️ A translated catalogue looks like progress. It usually isn't. We see this often when a foreign manufacturer moves into Poland: 📄 The website gets translated. 📧 Emails go out in correct, grammatically flawless Polish. 🤝 And still — silence. Why? Because correct language and effective communication are two different things. 🔎 Word choice signals whether you understand the industry, or just the dictionary. 🎯 Tone and formality say whether you're speaking to a decision-maker as a peer — or as a stranger. 📞 And a follow-up call in fluent, natural Polish builds more trust in 5 minutes than a perfectly translated PDF ever will. Language is the entry ticket. It's not the strategy. The real question isn't "can we communicate in Polish?" It's: "does our Polish communication sound like it comes from inside the market — or from outside looking in?" How do you check whether your market entry materials actually land the way you think they do? 🤔 #MarketEntry #B2B #Poland #OperacyjnyMost #PolskoCzesko #CrossBorderBusiness

Your first customer in Poland may not be the right customer. When entering a new market, it's tempting to start with the biggest companies. They're well-known, have the right industry profile, and look impressive on a target list. So why not start there? Because "could buy from us" is not the same as "is likely to buy from us." A company can look like a perfect target on paper and still be a poor prospect. That's why, when we assess potential customers, we look beyond industry and company size: 🔎 Product fit — do they actually have a reason to need this product? 🎯 Customer fit — do they reach the customer groups we want to reach? 🔄 Business model — does the way they buy and sell fit the manufacturer's sales model? 💡 Commercial potential — is there a realistic business case for both sides? 🤝 Access — can we actually reach the person who can make the decision? The goal isn't to build a list of 100 companies. It's to understand which 5–10 are worth approaching first — and why. In market entry, more prospects don't necessarily mean more opportunities. Better selection usually means better conversations. And sometimes the most valuable part of market research isn't finding another company — it's deciding which companies not to approach. #MarketEntry #B2BSales #BusinessDevelopment #MarketAnalysis #Poland #OperacyjnyMost

A pak… ticho.

📊 Český export do Polska vzrostl v červnu meziročně o 4,3 miliardy Kč.
