Partnered with providers and SMEs to embed clinical safety into every interaction. Built the AI personalization and compliance framework from scratch across HIPAA and GDPR standards. 3x patient adoption year over year.<br><br>AI-powered patient experience: Launched an AI assistant for natural language interpretation of complex data. Designed human-AI collaboration features that saved users hours a day.<br><br>Subscription growth, acquisition through retention: Rebuilt user lifecycles across subscription health platforms. Set OKRs and owned financial forecasts. Built the experimentation infrastructure that enabled continuous learning at scale. Launched onboarding experiments that drove 37% improvement in first-use success and 20% reduction in abandonment.<br><br>Consumer health app, iOS, Android, and web: Scaled a behavior change and personalized health coaching platform, driving engagement through emotionally resonant design, habit formation, and retention across a large consumer user base. Owned the full product lifecycle.<br><br>Bio-sensing platform: Led product across hardware, software, and companion app for a biosensing wearable, including AI-powered predictive and prescriptive health analysis.
