Nomination Form Instructions:
Please fill in all required fields to submit a nomination for the Dr. Tarek Kamel Award for Capacity Building. If you wish to nominate multiple ICANN community members, please fill in a form for each nominee. 

Nominations should include all necessary information against the award criteria for the evaluation panel to understand why the nominee should be selected as this year's recipient. We encourage you to highlight the altruistic aspects of the nominee's contributions to capacity building. Be specific about the impact of capacity-development programs by providing details such as the length of the program, number of trainees/mentees.
