Access to Codeberg Translate isn't working #2964

Good afternoon:

I checked https://status.codeberg.org/status/codeberg, and it says there are issues. But Codeberg itself works fine.

However, Codeberg Translate shows that everything is working fine. But I keep getting this loop: “Registration could not be completed. The authentication app has been removed.” (Screenshot attached)

Is this a normal glitch, or is there a problem with my account?
